Dynamite offers rolling enrollment; however, please select the LAST CLASS OF THE MONTH for the end date. IF you choose to set an end date prior to the end of the month, you will still be charged for the full month. Be aware that YOU are responsible for setting the end date. No refunds will be given for families who call after billing on the 1st of the month. If you need help, please contact the front desk via email to email@example.com at least 48 hours before the end of the month.
We do not offer free trials, however, because of our ongoing enrollment you may sign up for a trial online during any of our schedules class times.
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of absences. It is helpful to know at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill the spot with a make-up.
Dynamite has a liberal make-up policy. So long as the student is enrolled (in class or on hold), unlimited make-ups can be used for classes or exchanged for open gyms or camp. After their stop date they will lose any make ups they have accumulated during their enrollment, unless they are switched to our Hold Program.
WHAT TO WEAR
Boys or girls may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts OR leotards for girls. No buckles, belts, zippers, mid-drifts, or inappropriate clothing. Remove all jewelry and pull hair back from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Students five years old and over should bring a pair of socks for use on the in-ground trampolines. Personal items should be left in cubbies. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY OR VALUABLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives five minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
DYNAMITE WAIVER (signed upon creation of account)
I fully understand that Dynamite Gymnastics Center, LLC ("DGC") staff members are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With the above in mind, I hereby release DGC staff to tender temporary first aid to my child or children in the event of any injury or illness, and if deemed necessary by the DGC staff member, to call our doctor and to seek medical help, including transportation by a DGC staff member and or its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, to any health care facility or hospital, or the calling of an ambulance for said child should DGC staff deem this to be necessary. We, the staff of DGC, recognize our obligations to make our students and their parents aware of the risks and hazards associated with the sport of gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, and dance. Students may suffer injuries, possibly minor, serious, or catastrophic in nature. Gymnastics, tumbling and cheerleading can be dangerous and lead to injury. Parents should make their children aware of the possibility of injury and encourage their children to follow all safety rules and coaches' instructions. DGC, its coaches, and staff members will not accept responsibility for injuries sustained by any student during the course of gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, or dance instruction, or open gyms, or in the course of any exhibition, competition, or clinic in which he or she may participate or while traveling to or from the event. With the above in mind, and being fully aware of the risks and possibilities of injury involved, I consent to have my child or children participate in the programs offered by DGC. I, my executors, or other representatives, waive and release all rights and claims for damages that I or my child may have against DGC and or its representatives whether paid or volunteer. I also affirm that I now have and will continue to provide proper hospitalization, health, and accident insurance coverage which I consider adequate for both my child's protection and my own protection. I also understand that it is the parents' responsibility to warn the child about the dangers of gymnastics and injury. The parent should warn the child accordingly to what the parent feels appropriate. DGC will only warn the child through safety messages, our teaching style and progressions.
